Shipping Policy

Processing Time
We process every order within 24 hours of it being placed. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically processed the same day.

Delivery Time
We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom. Once your order has been processed, delivery usually takes 3–6 working days. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Carriers
We ship with Royal Mail, Evri and DPD. The carrier assigned to your order depends on your location and the size of your order.

Shipping Cost
Free on every order. No minimum spend required.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within 6 working days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@trypurriko.com, and we will look into it straight away.

Do you ship outside the UK?
