Return Policy

We want you to feel completely confident before you buy. If Purriko does not work for you, we will make it right.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund. No long explanations needed. If your fridge still smells like it did before, that is reason enough.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@trypurriko.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the process. We aim to respond within 24 hours on working days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase is required. We ask that you return the product in reasonable condition, but we will not reject a return simply because the packaging is not perfect.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at hello@trypurriko.com with a photo and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. 

Exclusions
Bulk and wholesale orders are not eligible for returns. Gift card purchases are final sale.
